Deletion of the index table will now resume. 

The index table will be re-created.

The database can't be read.  Restore the database from a backup.

The database has probably been damaged and data integrity is at risk.  Restoring the database from a backup is recommended.

Use 4D Tools to repair the database.

 while deleting an index. 

 while creating an index. 

 while saving the internal directory.
